I have always loved baking but was never really good at it. I wanted to create a space where I could learn, practice, and share my creations.
I have struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life. I have found that when I can focus all of my attention on something other than a potential anxiety attack, it helps me manage anxious feelings. Unfortunately, depression pops in and says "Meh, we shouldn't bother with doing ___." I figure convincing myself that I HAVE to make a blog post every day, that it could help me stay accountable and help my momentum for the day.
This blog will be more than just baking, though. I'd like to share study tips (now that I'm back in school), anxiety tips, and maybe even document my health journey. I hope that you can find something useful on this page.
